Rules of Play

1. The Prize: The Prize for each raffle is 50% of the gross revenue from all tickets sold.

2. Tickets: All ticket sales are final. All tickets purchased and entered into the draw cannot be refunded, including if ticket purchasers made an error in selecting the amount of tickets they desire to purchase. Exceptions to refund policy will only be made in situations involving technical error. 

3. Pricing: For each raffle ticket purchased, a single number is assigned (one ticket number is received). That same ticket number will be entered into the draw multiple times based on the amount purchased, as outlined below:

  • $15 purchase: the number will be entered in the draw 1 time.
  • $25 purchase: the number will be entered in the draw 17 times.
  • $37 purchase: the number will be entered in the draw 91 times.
  • $50 purchase: the number will be entered in the draw 555 times.
  • $100 purchase: the number will be entered in the draw 4444 times.

On the following Moose games (November 2, 3, 20, 22 and 30, 2025, January 23 and 25, February 1, 14, 16, 21 and 22, April 7, 8 and 12, 2026), the pricing below will apply:

  • $10 purchase: the number will be entered in the draw 1 time.
  • $20 purchase: the number will be entered in the draw 10 times.
  • $50 purchase: the number will be entered in the draw 50 times.
  • $100 purchase: the number will be entered in the draw 400 times.

4. The True North Youth Foundation 50/50 Draw: Tickets will be available for purchase starting sales at 9:30 am CT on game day.

  • For home games: sales will close at the mid-point of the third period. The draw will take place shortly after sales close with approximately six minutes remaining in the third period.
  • For away games: sales will close at the end of the third period. The draw will take place shortly after sales close. The winning ticket will be selected via Random Number Generator (RNG).
  • During Multi-Day Draws, the raffle will run over more than one Winnipeg Jets game day and the jackpot will accumulate until the final day of the raffle. Tickets will be available for purchase starting at 9:30 AM CT at the start of the raffle and end sales will close at the mid-point of the third period on the last day of the raffle. The draw will take place shortly with approximately six minutes remaining in the third period.
  • Early Bird Prize Draw: Every customer that purchases tickets before time listed below on selected game days will be entered to win an Early Bird prize draw for a Winnipeg Jets Package which includes an autographed Winnipeg Jets jersey, player photo and puck (value $500). At time listed below a winner will be chosen and posted online on winnipegjets5050.ca. The 50/50 draw will continue throughout the game and a 50/50 winner will be chosen at the end of the game. Winning an Early Bird prize does not remove your tickets from the main 50/50 draw. All tickets remain valid for the jackpot. Early Bird Draws will take place on the following games: 

*Special Early Bird draw: Every customer who purchases tickets before 4:00 pm on Friday, November 28, 2025 will be entered to win a Winnipeg Jets Package.

**Special Early Bird draw: Every customer who purchases tickets before 12:00 pm on Sunday, March 22, 2026 will be entered to win a Winnipeg Jets Package.

Multi Day Raffle Draw: Once tickets have been purchased, they will be eligible for all subsequent draws within the indicated multi day jackpot timeframe. During Multi-Day Draws, the raffle will run over more than one Winnipeg Jets game day and the jackpot will accumulate until the final day of the raffle. All tickets purchased between these dates will be eligible for the grand jackpot. 

    • September 26-27, 2025:
      • Early bird draw for an autographed Winnipeg Jets jersey, photo and puck on September 26; early bird prize will be chosen at the end of the Winnipeg Jets away game (value $500)
      • Grand prize draw on September 27 (Winnipeg Jets home game vs Calgary)
    • September 30 – October 9, 2025:
      • Early bird draws for an autographed Winnipeg Jets jersey, photo and puck on September 30 and October 3; early bird prize will be chosen at the end of the Winnipeg Jets away game (value $500)

    • October 13-18, 2025:
      • Early bird draws for 2 premium lower bowl Winnipeg Jets tickets (value $500) and a $100 Downtown Winnipeg Biz gift card; early bird prizes will be chosen at the end of each Winnipeg Jets away game

      • Early bird draw for 2 premium lower bowl Winnipeg Jets tickets (value $500) and a $100 Downtown Winnipeg Biz gift card; early bird prize will be chosen at the end of the Winnipeg Jets away game
      •  October 28 (2 tickets on November 1 vs Pittsburgh)
      • Grand prize draw on October 30 (Winnipeg Jets home game vs Chicago)
    • November 4-13, 2025:
      • Early bird draws for 2 tickets to the following events; early bird prizes will be chosen at the end of each Winnipeg Jets away game
      • November 4: 2 passes to the Football Festival Concert Series (November 13–15, 2025 – value $210)
      • November 7: 2 tickets to the Taste of Football Festival Experience (November 14, 2025 – value $400)
      • November 9: 2 tickets to the Brad Paisley Concert (November 14, 2025 – value $250)
      • November 11: 2 tickets to the Football Festival Championship Gala (November 15, 2025 – value $720)
      • Grand prize draw on November 13 (Winnipeg Jets away game vs Seattle) includes half the jackpot and 2 tickets to the Football Championship Game (value $1,000) on Sunday, November 16, 2025 
    • November 15-18, 2025:
      • Early bird draw for $2,500 on November 15; early bird prize will be chosen at the end of the Winnipeg Jets away game
      • Grand prize draw on November 18 (Winnipeg Jets home game vs Columbus)
    • December 1-5, 2025:
      • Early bird draws for $2,500 on December 1 and 3; early bird prizes will be chosen at the end of each Winnipeg Jets away game

    • December 6-9, 2025:
      • Early bird draw for $2,500 on December 6; early bird prize will be chosen at the end of the Winnipeg Jets away game

      • Early bird draws for $2,500 on December 17 and 19; early bird prizes will be chosen at the end of each Winnipeg Jets away game

    • January 1-6, 2026:
        • Early bird draws for $2,500 on January 1 and 3; early bird prize will be chosen at the end of the end of each Winnipeg Jets away game
        • Early bird draw for 2 premium lower bowl Winnipeg Jets tickets (value $500) and a $100 Downtown Winnipeg Biz gift card (2 tickets on January 24 vs Detroit); early bird prize will be chosen with approximately 6 minutes remaining in the 3rd period of the Manitoba Moose game on January 2

      • Early bird draw for $2,500 on January 15; early bird prize will be chosen at the end of the Winnipeg Jets away game

    • January 19-20, 2026:
      • Early bird draw for $2,500 on January 19; early bird prize will be chosen at the end of the Winnipeg Jets away game

    • January 27-31, 2026:
      • Early bird draws for $2,500 on January 27 and 29; early bird prizes will be chosen at the end of each Winnipeg Jets away game
      • Early bird draw for 2 premium lower bowl Winnipeg Jets tickets (value $500) and a $100 Downtown Winnipeg Biz gift card (2 tickets on February 14 vs Montreal); early bird prize will be chosen with approximately 6 minutes remaining in the 3rd period of the Manitoba Moose game on January 31
      • Grand prize draw on January 31 (Winnipeg away game vs Florida)
    • February 2-4, 2026:
      • Early bird draw for $2,500 on February 2; early bird prize will be chosen at the end of the Winnipeg Jets away game
      • Grand prize draw on February 4 (Winnipeg Jets home game vs Montreal)
    • February 25 – March 3, 2026:
      • Early bird draws for 2 premium lower bowl Winnipeg Jets tickets (value $500) and a $100 Downtown Winnipeg Biz gift card; early bird prizes will be chosen at the end of each Winnipeg Jets away game

      • Early bird draws for $2,500 on March 28 & 31 and April 2 & 4; early bird prizes will be chosen at the end of each Winnipeg Jets away game
      • Early bird draw for 2 premium lower bowl Winnipeg Jets tickets (value $500) and a $100 Downtown Winnipeg Biz gift card (2 tickets on April 16 vs San Jose); early bird prize will be chosen with approximately 6 minutes remaining in the 3rd period of the Manitoba Moose game on April 3
      • Grand prize draw on April 6 (Winnipeg Jets home game vs Seattle)
    • April 9-10, 2026:
      • Early bird draw for $2,500 on April 9; early bird prize will be chosen at the end of the Winnipeg Jets away game
      • Grand prize draw on April 10 (Manitoba Moose home game vs Texas)
    • April 13-16, 2026:
      • Early bird draws for $2,500 on April 13 and 14; early bird prizes will be chosen at the end of each Winnipeg Jets away game
      • Grand prize draw on April 16 (Winnipeg Jets home game vs San Jose)

Combined Pot Draws: When the Manitoba Moose play at home and Winnipeg Jets play an away game on the same day, the 50/50 raffle will be combined into one jackpot.

The winning number will be picked after the later game finishes:

  • If the Winnipeg Jets play later then the Manitoba Moose, the winning number will be chosen following the completion of the Jets game.
  • If the Manitoba Moose play later then the Winnipeg Jets, the winning number will be chosen with approximately 6 minutes remaining in the 3rd period of the Moose game.

Combined Pot Early Bird Prizes:
Special early bird prizes of 2 premium lower bowl Winnipeg Jets tickets (value $500) and a $100 Downtown Winnipeg Biz Gift Card are available on these combined nights.

  • To enter, you must buy your ticket before the early bird cutoff, which is either:
    • End of the Jets game, or the 10 minute mark of the 3rd period of the Moose game (whichever comes first).
  • All tickets purchased prior to cutoff time will be eligible for both the early bird prize, as well as the associated 50/50 draw. 
  • The early bird draws will take place shortly after the cut off time, and the winners will be posted online at winnipegjets5050.ca.

Combined Pot dates when the 50/50 draw happens after the Jets game ends:

  • Saturday, November 29, 2025 (early bird at 3rd period of Moose game: 2 tickets on December 13, 2025 vs Washington Capitals)
  • Sunday, December 21, 2025 (early bird at 3rd period of Moose game: 2 tickets on January 20, 2026 vs St. Louis Blues)
  • Wednesday, December 31, 2025 (early bird at 3rd period of Moose game: 2 tickets on January 22, 206 vs Florida Panthers

Combined Pot dates when the 50/50 draw happens in the 3rd period of the Moose game:

  • Wednesday, November 26, 2025 (early bird at end of Jets game: 2 tickets on December 11, 2025 vs Boston Bruins)
  • Thursday, March 19, 2026 (early bird at end of Jets game: 2 tickets on March 26, 2026 vs Colorado Avalanche)
  • Saturday, March 21, 2026 (early bird at end of Jets game: 2 tickets on April 11, 2026 vs Philadelphia Flyers)

Sweeten the Pot:

The jackpot starts at $25,000 and grows by 100% of ticket sales.  The winner will receive 50% of total pot. The jackpot will be seeded with $25,000 on the following dates:

  • Friday, October 24, 2025
  • Tuesday, November 23, 2025
  • Thursday, December 11, 2025
  • Thursday, January 22, 2026
  • Tuesday, March 17, 2026
  • Saturday, April 11, 2026

60/40 Raffle:

On the following dates, the prize will be 60% of the gross revenue from all tickets sold.

  •  December 31, 2025
  • February 14, 2026

Ticket purchasers must be 18 years of age or older and located within Manitoba's provincial borders at the time of purchase. Tickets are not transferable.

The individuals that are not eligible to participate in the 50/50 raffle are the raffle chair and the raffle mailing contact.

Raffle tickets are sold through our Bump Worldwide Inc. system at winnipegjets5050.ca. Accepted payment methods are Interact, Cash, Amex, Visa and MasterCard.

A single ticket number will be randomly selected by a Random Number Generator from all tickets sold during the raffle timeframe. In the case of a discrepancy between the posted number and the actual number selected through Random Number Generation, the actual number selected through Random Number Generation will be considered the valid winning number. 

In the event of a technical difficulty, the draw may be delayed. If this is the case, purchasers should retain their ticket, and the winner will be posted on winnipegjets5050.ca. 

5. Winner Notification: The winning number and prize amount will be posted following the

completion of the draw on winnipegjets5050.ca.If the ticket was purchased online, the winner will be notified by a True North Youth Foundation staff member within three business days. The holder of the winning ticket must claim their prize by forwarding their purchase e-mail to info@winnipegjets5050.ca along with and a copy of their government issued photo identification and address.  For tickets purchased in person, the holder of the winning ticket must claim their prize by presenting the ticket and their government issued photo identification to the TNYF representative at the guest services booth near section 103 after the game. The holder of the winning ticket will have until 4:00PM (CT) ten (10) business days from the time of the announcement to claim the prize. By claiming the prize, the winner gives the TNYF the right to publish the winner’s name and prize amount. Names are publicized to protect the integrity of the 50/50 raffle as it verifies that prizes are won. The prize claimant will be required to sign a Declaration and Release("Release") which must be executed and returned to TNYF no later than five (5) business days after the receipt of the Release. The prize is not transferable and must be accepted as awarded with no substitutions. The prize shall be paid by cheque from the TNYF within thirty (30) days of the winner being confirmed and receipt of the signed Release. The cheque will be mailed to the winner with the customer details provided at time of purchase when purchasing online and to the mailing address provided when completing the release for tickets purchased in person. All Prizes not claimed on or before the Prize Claim Expiry Date (4:00 PM CT, ten business days from the Raffle date), will be retained by the True North Youth Foundation.

If the integrity of the raffle is compromised in any way, the TNYF will notify the LGCA and consult the LGCA on how to best move forward. 

The True North Youth Foundation Raffle License (LGCA-3027-RF-XXXXX) is issued by the Liquor, Gaming and Cannabis Authority of Manitoba.
